Early in my career, I noticed just how out of alignment most people were. They would come in to train and their hips would be incredibly tight. Their lower backs would ache. Their knees would hurt. I couldn’t train them. Not fully. So, I decided to specialize in Corrective Exercise. With a strong, stable foundation and core you can live a more productive and satisfying life.

I also coach plant-based eating and nutrition. It is what improved my health and put me on the road of recovery. Helping you eat well, but also ENJOY it is my mission. I’ve dealt with so much hard ache when it came to my own stomach, and body. I tried every diet under the sun. Genetic testing, allergy testing… I did it all and have a lot of experience when it comes to food.

I don’t believe in always eating healthy and bland. There are times to binge, there are times to ‘pig out’. I will teach you to enjoy the whole process of eating all over again.

Best advice I ever got:

Movement is the lubrication of joints.

Anything with transverse rotation.
