I’ve spent over eleven years studying, practicing and perfecting my craft. But there’s always more to learn. Early on in my career, I noticed just how out of alignment most people were. They would come in to train and their hips would be incredibly tight. Their lower backs would ache. Their knees would hurt. I couldn’t train them. Not fully. So, I decided to specialize in Corrective Exercise. With a strong foundation and a solid core, we can go anywhere and pursue any fitness goal that stands before you. As a person with a genetic heart condition and some health issues of my own, I know how hard it can be to stay active. But I also know how important it is to make your health a priority. I’ve been there, and I can help you on your way to wellness. 

Best advice I ever got:

Movement is the best lubrication of joints. 

My go to for exercise: 

Anything with transverse rotation.

Best food ever: 

Pizza. New York style.
